NOTICE

SELECTION CRITERIA (VERSION-V) : 19TH ASIAN GAMES, HANGZHOU

1. It is submitted that the Selection Criteria (Version-IV) for 19th Asian Games promulgated recently had a few typo errors brought to the notice of this office by a few competing athletes which have been rectified and Selection Criteria (Version-V) is attached to this notice.

2. The period mentioned in the criteria for an individual horse-rider combination to achieve the requisite MER is 15 Aug 2022 to 15 Feb 2023 wherein Riders based aboard need to inform 30 days in advance their choice of six competitions to enable EFI to approve four competitions. Also, the rider has to confirm 15 days prior to their participation in the event to the EFI. A blanket waiver for riders based abroad to these clauses has been granted upto 10th Sept and 26th Aug 2022 respectively since the Selection Criteria (Version –IV) was promulgated on 10 Aug 2022 as the season in Europe where some of the riders are based closes by end Nov.
