ELECTION NOTICE : ATHLETES COMMISSION OF EQUESTRIAN FEDERATION OF INDIA

Dear Athletes,


1. The election for member of Athlete Commission (03 x Posts) of Equestrian Federation of India will be held on 28 Apr 2023 alongwith NEC Eventing at ASC Riding and Polo Academy (ARPA) Bangalore.


2. On the basis of guidelines (copy enclosed) issued by Indian Olympic Association (IAO), interested athletes who are eligible as per the EFI statutes are requested to kindly forward their nominations on the prescribed format so as to reach Returning Officer by 1000 hrs on 19 Apr 2023, in a sealed envelope addressed to Returning Officer, Election Commission of Equestrian Federation of India, ARPA, ASC Centre and College, Agram, Bangalore.


3. The following documents are enclosed herewith :-

(a) Nomination Form      - Appendix ‘A’

(b) Election BYE LAW      - Appendix ‘B’

(c) Consent Letter       - Appendix ‘C’

(d) NOC form for government employees  - Appendix ‘D’


4. Nomination received later than the stipulated date and time as mentioned above will not be considered.
