INDIA CLAIMS GOLD IN INTERNATIONAL TENT PEGGING TOURNAMENT IN TRADITIONAL DRESS HELD IN MOSCOW, RUSSIA WEF 21 JUL TO 23 JUL 2023



Dear Members/Athletes,


Greetings from Equestrian Federation of India !!!


1. With immense pride and pleasure, we wish to inform you all that the Indian Equestrian  Team consisting of below mentioned athletes had participated in International Tent Pegging Tournament in Traditional Dress held at Moscow, Russia wef 21 to 23 Jul 2023 and clinched Gold overall:-


(a) Mr Mohit Kumar        - Athlete


(b) Rfn Dinesh Gangaram Karlekar     - Athlete


(c) Hav Goutam Kumar Atta        - Athlete


(d) Dfr Mohd Abrar        - Athlete


(e) Col SS Solanki        - Coach


2. The Indian delegation returned with a haul of 11 medals consisting of four gold, four silver and three bronze.


3. A total of eight countries participated in the said tournament.
