EXPENDITURE FOR SHOW JUMPING COACHING CAMP WAS HELD AT RVC CENTRE & COLLEGE MEERUT WEF 20 JAN 17 TO 05 FEB 2017

Kind attention of riders,
1. This is to inform you that the claim for above coaching camp has been passed by the Sports Authority of India. The amounts expended by the follwoing stake holders/establishment during the above show jumping coaching camp has been approved :-
(a) RVC Centre & College - Rs 99600/- for food supplments and Rs 39538/- for local transportation of Foreign Coach.
(b) Himalayan Horse Care Producs - Rs 2,39,200/- for Horse Diet/Feed
(c) Boarding & Lodging for 05 civilian riders : Miss Kavita Switterns-Rs 19202/- Mr Vishal Bishnoi-Rs 8186/-, Mr Achyut Karande-Rs 8186/-, Miss Sanyogeeta Kadu-Rs 25500/- and Mr Ashish Limayee-Rs 25500/-
(d) Local trasportation of horses for 05 civilian horses-Miss Kavita Swittens-Rs16000/-, Mrs Ashish Limayee-Rs 8000/-, Mrs Achyut Karande-Rs16000/- and Mr Vishal Bishnoi-Rs31800/-
2. It is also intimated that cheque for above amounts are ready to collection. Riders mentioned above are requested to collect the same from EFI office during office hours by 30 Aug 2017 positively.
