2. Coach for the same is Mr John Steels a High Performance Level 3 coach from England.

3. The selected combination needs to reserve their place by paying the coaching fee of Rs 5000/- either by cheque/DD/NEFT/Cash latest by 25th Dec 2016.

5. A combination who does not pay by due date will not be eligible to attend the coaching camp and the next combination from the reserve list in order of merit will fill the vacancy.

6. Coaching fees deposited are non refundable except for those combination who will not make it to final 30 combination.

7. The Horse Rider Combination selected will be required to repot to RVC Centre & College, Meerut latest by 19th Jan 2017.

8. RVC Centre & College Meerut will be solely responsible to conduct the coaching camp.

9. Appropriate accommodation for the Foreign Coach will be reserved by RVC Centre & College, Meerut for which payment will be made by this federation on completion of the coaching camp.
