BIDS FOR CONDUCT OF EQUESTRIAN EVENTS 2018-2019
Kind attention of all State Association/Club/Institution/Unit Members,
We would like to inform you all that the preparation of draft EFI Calendar for 2018-19 is under progress.
As such, Bid for conduct of various National / International / Regional / REL events are hereby invited from all State Association / Club / Institution / Unit Members by 20 May 2018.
Please ensure to forward the following while giving bid for events:-
(a) Signed copy of terms & conditions.
(b) Refundable Corpus Money of Rs 50,000/- alongwith the bid for Regional/REL events.
(c) Refundable Corpus Money of Rs 1 lac for all NEC Events.
(d) Refundable Corpus Money of Rs 2 lac for JNEC
(e) International Events – Rs 2 lac Non refundable
(f) FEI WCJ/WDC - Rs 50000/- Non refundable
