Equestrian Federation of India

1. This is to inform all the coaches of EFI that this federation is in the process of formulating a strategy for Coach Education Program (CEP) with the support of FEI Solidarity Dept. To achieve the desired result a two pronged strategy as under needs to be implemented.

(a) To identify, Evaluate and certify the coaches who are already involved in professional coaching.

(b) To establish a formal education system for the beginner coaches.

2. To identify, evaluate and certify the professional coaches the federation would like to invite application from interested professional coaches who can later on impart formal education to beginner coaches, along with their CVs to reach EFI secretariat by 25th May 2018. On receipt of the application, the coaches will be shortlisted for their trg by high performance coaches from abroad and will be certified by the EFI/FEI.

3. EFI will further like to invite application from interested candidates for Beginner Coaches alongwith their CVs. The application must clearly mention the discipline of Beginner Coach at the top of the application. The application may be fwd to this office latest by 25 May 2018.
