Kind attention of all stakeholders (like club/units/institutions/ associations etc) / riders/ athletes,

We would like to inform you all that the upgradation of EFI Website to integrate with Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI) is under progress.
In this connection, you all know that the registration being done for horses by this NF are having two separate numbers i.e. registration number & passport number. As per EFI records, more than three thousand five hundred (3500) horses are registered with this National Federation whereas the participation of horses in each EFI Calendar events is merely 250 to 400 horses only.
In order to identify all the horses and to do away with horse registration No & Passport No and to automate the horse records, the competent authority of this National Federation has decided to allot a single permanent ID for each horse. The form for re-registration/new registration of horses is enclosed herewith.
As such, all stakeholders (like club/units/institutions/ associations etc) / riders/ athletes are requested to do re-registration of their horses by 31 Dec 2016 alongwith the prescribed form duly filled in all the details alongwith supporting documents if any.
No registration fee will be charged for horses those are already registered and having EFI passport. The stakeholders / riders/ athletes have to produce the old passport at the time of re-registration.
For new horses, the registration fee is Rs 500/-
