FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SELECTED RIDERS/COACH WHO REPRESENT THE COUNTRY ABROAD

1. As decided in the EC Meeting held on 24 May 2016 VP (Fin), VP (Tech) & Secy Gen were entrusted to formulate guidelines pertaining to financial assistance to be rendered by the Federation to selected riders/coach who represent the country abroad.

2. The board after deliberate discussion finalized the following guidelines on financial assistance:-

(a) 100% Airfare (Economy Class) shall be reimbursed to the riders /coach who comes in first three positions in the international event participated. In Addition their names will be fwd to MYAS/SAI for incentive money as per the guidelines/policy of MYAS/ SAI.

(b) 75% Airfare shall be reimbursed the riders/coach for participation in the international event.
