BIDS FOR CONDUCT OF EQUESTRIAN EVENTS 2017-2018

Kind attention of all State Association/Club/Institution/Unit Members,

1. We would like to inform you all that the preparation of draft EFI Calendar for 2017-18 is under progress.

2. As such, Bid for conduct of various National / International / Regional / REL events are hereby invited from all State Association / Club / Institution / Unit Members by 15th Dec 2016.

3. Please ensure to forward the following while giving bid for events:-

(a) Signed copy of terms & conditions.

(b) Refundable Corpus Money of Rs 50,000/- alongwith the bid for Regional/REL events.

(c) 10% of Corpus Money for National/International events
