FEI OFFICIALS WITHOUT VALID EMAIL ADDRESS : COMPETENCY-BASED EVALUATION SYSTEM
Start: 2019-11-21 04:28:52
EMAIL RECEIVED FROM FEI
****************************************************************
Date: Monday, 28 October, 2019, 04:22 pm IST
Dear National Federation,
As you already know, we are currently in the process of implementing the new Competency-based Evaluation System (CES), which includes an online assessment.
The online assessment requires all Officials to be able to log onto the FEI Campus platform with their FEI ID, and in order to do so, each Official needs to be registered in the FEI Database with a unique and valid email address.
We noticed that some Officials in your Federation do not currently meet these requirements and we invite you to help us resolve this issue as soon as possible.
For a valid FEI profile, the email address:
- must be unique (it cannot be shared by several Officials)
- must be spelled correctly in the database
- must be working and verified
- must be accessible personally by the Official it belongs to
Any Official whose profile does not fulfil the above requirements will not be able to take the CES assessment, and thus will not be allowed to officiate in 2020.
How to proceed?
1. Follow the links provided below and replace the last word in the URL - namely “All” - by the country code of your NF (ex. FRA for France).
· Link to Officials list with missing email addresses:
https://data.fei.org/Tools/BaseData.aspx?table=CES_Officials_Without_Email_All
Please add a unique and working email address to their profile.
· Link to Officials list with shared email addresses in FEI Database:
https://data.fei.org/Tools/BaseData.aspx?table=CES_Officials_To_Create_In_Campus_But_With_Email_Duplicates_All
Please replace the actual shared email address by a unique one
2. Correct their profile directly in the FEI Database before 1 December 2019, and send us a confirmation email when it’s done at: officials@fei.org.
We appreciate your help and heartily thank you for your support in getting all Officials digitally up-to-date.
Warm regards,
Frank Spadinger
