DRAFT EFI CALENDAR 2020 – 21 : INVITE FOR BIDs

1.     We would like to inform you all that the preparation of draft EFI Calendar for 2020-21 is under progress. A tentative schedule of events prepared by this Federation is attached herewith for reference. 

2. Bid for conduct of various National / International / Regional / REL events are hereby invited from all the State Association/Clubs Members by 12 March 2020. 

3. Please ensure to forward the following while submitting bid for events:-

        (a) Signed copy of Bid Documents/Terms & Conditions.

  (b) Corpus Money:-

(i) REL/Regional - Rs 50,000/- (Refundable)
(ii) NEC Events - Rs 1,00,000/- (Refundable)
(iii) JNEC - Rs 2,00,000/- (Refundable)
(iv) International Events  -      Rs 2,00,000/- (Non Refundable)
(v) FEI World Challenge -       Rs 50,000/- (Non Refundable)
(vi) FEI Jumping Children’s - Rs 50,000/- (Non Refundable)

4. The venues suggested in the draft calendar may be altered in case of BIDs received from organisers. However venues and dates for the FEI World Challenge (Jumping & Dressage) have been approved by FEI and are unlikely to be changed.
